Raider. She was only 17 years old when she took the job in May 2000. She remained in the role until 2002 when Jill de Jong took over.
Educated at Wath-upon-Dearne Comprehensive school she began modelling after competing for in a Model Agency competition, where she was one of a handful of winners from 16,000 applicants. Until that time she’d done absolutely no modelling. This was the start of a succesful modelling career. At 16 she had become the face of more! magazine and subsequently appeared on the covers of numerous other magazines. This Lara Croft role helped push her to the next level. In the years after the role she has modelled for Vivienne Westwood and several other international designers. She was subsequently featured in advertising campaigns for prestigious brands and magazines including: La Senza; Chanel; Diesel; Sports Illustrated; Favela Brazilian swimwear; Marks and Spencer; Marie Claire; Wrigleys; Kinder; Veet and De Beers. She’s the present face of Pearl Drops toothpaste and related products and Kellog’s Special K cereal.
Lucy is a devotes her private life to charity work. Having experienced a diet disorder Lucy has become a spokeswoman for the fight against size zero.She has appeared on BBC News 24 and This Morning to highlight the suffering of people with Anorexia and Bulimia. Another passion for Lucy is raising money for SPANA (Society for that Protection of Animals Abroad) and is a patron of their charity.

Lucy appeared in the BBC documentary “Jess my new face” in 2008. In the programme Lucy interviewed a woman with a facial disfigurement. The idea behind the programme was to highlight how many people have problems with their physical identities.
